Assessments - Leadership & Motivation
MRG’s Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA) Self & 360° There is nothing more important in an organization than its leadership. Leaders create vision, inspire people, and guide meaningful action. The LEA provides valid and reliable feedback from self and others - direct reports, peers, and bosses - on the use of leadership behaviors. You receive a rich feedback report complete with profiles, narratives, strategic implications, and developmental opportunities. Because the feedback is based on behaviors, change and improvement efforts are realistic and tangible. The LEA Resource Guide, included with the feedback report, suggests action steps and provides tools for prioritizing and focusing developmental actions.
MRG’s suite of Strategic Leadership Development (SLD) products, including the LEA, is based on a researched model consisting of 22 behaviors and is available in 14 languages. http://www.mrg.com/Products/leadership.aspr

Hogan Assessment Systems
Hogan’s four assessments include a variety of scales that create profiles to reveal a person's reasoning skills, competencies, values, and leadership characteristics, helping HR and senior management understand the underlying sources of employees' (and potential employees') behaviors. Data from the assessments produce easy-to-read reports that contain recommendations for hiring and development. Our clients then use these insightful reports to make decisions regarding the selection and development of employees. This process is carried out with the help of our expert staff who serve as consultants, researchers and advisers to every client.
Virginia is certified in the administration, interpretation, and implementation of the following Hogan assessments:
